From 18 to 22 January 2025 we will bring our ovens on display at the Rimini exhibition centre, on the occasion of the 46th International Ice Cream, Pastry, Artisan Bakery and Coffee Exhibition, the SIGEP.
We will exhibit all types of pizzeria ovens we produce, to present our highly technological products, synonymous with Italian taste.
At SIGEP you will find two different types of ovens, rotary and static.
We will also display the different finishes of pizzeria ovens, from which to choose the Standard or Dome model, which can be integrated into the structure of the restaurant; for those who want greater customization, the choice is on the more imaginative finishes such as Mosaico or Napoli, pizza ovens that become real furnishing objects.
Our pizzeria ovens are equipped with 6 different types of mouths: from the smaller ones which allow for lower consumption, to the larger ones for giant pizzas.
The other feature that distinguishes Mam ovens is the choice of cooking type: in addition to traditional wood or gas cooking, we offer the combined oven, where wood cooking meets the cleanliness and practicality of the gas oven. Furthermore, a few years ago, our open-mouth rotating electric oven was added to the cooking range, with perfect cooking like wood and gas and with a working method that can reach almost automatic, no longer binding the room to the staff experience. We will also have various guests and cooking tests so you can see not only the aesthetic appearance, but the fantastic cooking performance.
