WOOD-FIRED OVEN WITH ROTATING TABLE
• The M.A.M. oven is a PREFABRICATED WOOD FIRED OVEN, made
of VIBRATED REFRACTORY material.
• The M.A.M. oven is manufactured in 9 pieces of vibrated
refractory material, 10 cm thick, providing maximum yield
with minimum consumption.
• Bakes in 2 and a half minutes at the most.
• The M.A.M. oven comes with: peel, small baker’s shovel,
stand, brush and shutter.
• The M.A.M. oven is fitted and operating in 24 hours, so
it can be fitted on the day of closure.
• The M.A.M. oven does not need installation permission because
it is prefabricated.
• The M.A.M. oven is lit in just 15-20 minutes, because the
temperature remains almost unchanged compared to the evening
before.
• The M.A.M. oven allows you to bake pizzas in continuation
with a minimum wood consumption thanks to its characteristic
of maintaining its temperature.
• The M.A.M. oven can be moved if necessary from one room
to another using a lifting truck and if there is a change
of premises, the oven can be dismantled and reassembled in
the new premises.

Our oven with a rotating base is easy to programme and adapts
to any needs.
The control panel consists of a programmable consol with a
digital display indicating the temperature and baking times
which you can programme at the beginning of the work with
the automatic function. If, however, you would prefer to use
the manual function by means of a single command, choose it
and you can change the rotation speed of the baking base during
the process. Our oven gives the greatest yield with a low
consumption even in extensive use
